The Royal Garden Party at Henley-on-Thames on Monday took place at the
Henley Business School. Guests were advised with their invitations that a shuttle service would be provided between the railway station and the Party.

They were not informed that the 'service' would be provided by
one people carrier.
Guests we spoke to had been waiting over an hour for the the shuttle and then the journey took another 30 minutes due to the traffic congestion.
Was this an MBA exercise? It would be interesting to see the project plan.
